Lesser Evil Snack Food company had an existing package design and my assignment was to rebrand and redesign the packaging. In my opinion, their packaging is inconsistent from product to product, and I wanted to make their brand more easily recognizable. I approached the project by creating a process book. This book documents the thought process and research that goes into the design. It was an eye-opening way to approach a project. Keeping track of “how you got there” helped to keep me focused so even the first designs were pretty close to what I wanted to achieve. The slide show above shows a few pages from the process book.
